All appointments, payments, and medical services are scheduled and processed through Jane App, our third-party booking platform.

Refund eligibility, cancellation timeframes, and no-show policies are clearly disclosed during the booking process and apply to all scheduled services.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined at the time of booking

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees

• Policies apply to both telemedicine and mobile IV services

Packages & Services

Concierge care packages and service offerings may have specific terms, including expiration or minimum commitment requirements. These details are provided prior to purchase through Jane App.
